(Abstracted from Obstet Gynecol 2021;137(2):225–233) Racial-ethnic disparities in access and outcomes the context of women's reproductive health continue to be pervasive United States. Contraceptive use, sexually transmitted infection care, human papillomavirus vaccination among younger women aged 18 25 years, cancers, preterm deliveries, low-birth-weight neonates, as well maternal morbidity mortality, have documented disparities.
